Ek Mard Ko Chaar Shadiyo Ki Ijaazat Hai To Aurat Ko Kyu Nahi ?

▪ Yu Hi Mehar Aur Khula Wagairah Ke Ta’alluk Se Bhi Ajeeb Ajeeb Qism Ke Zabardasti Ke Ayterazat Ka Ek Tomar (Bahoot Ziyada) Hai, Jo Padhi Likhi Muslim Bacchiyo Ke Zehan Wa Dimag Me Thope Ja Rahe Hai Aur Unhe Yah Ta’assur (Effectiveness/Asar Qubool Karna) Diya Ja Raha Hai Ki Islam Ne Un Par Zulm Kiya Hai. Hairat Hai Yah Baate Wo Log Kar Rahe Hai Jinka Apna Dharmik Wajood Khokhla Hai.

▫ Lekin Baat Darasal Insaniyat, Huqooq Ya Insaf Ki Hai Hi Nahi, Baat To Kam Zarf  (Salahiyat) Qism Ki Muslim Bacchiyo Ka Shohand (शोषण) Karne Ki Hai. Warna In Tamam Ayterazaat Ka Ek Hi Jawab Kafi Hai, Ye Tamam Masail Wa Mu’aamlaat Aurto Aur Mard Ki Shareerik Banawat, Taqat, Aqal, Sahaaliyat Aur Psychology Ke Aytebaar Se Hai.

Kya Jis Tarah Mardo Ke Paas Talaaq Ka Power Hai, Aurto Ke Paas Khula Ka Haq Nahi ?

▪ Kya Aurat Natural Tour Par Jazbaati Nahi Hoti, Ki Agar Uske Paas Talaaq Ka Power Hota To Rishte Nibh Hi Nahi Pate, Balki Kuch Kuch Mard Bhi Agar Jazbaati Hote Hai To Rishto Me Daraad Paida Ho Jati Hai, Jabki Mard Jazbaati Hone Ke Bawajood Aurat Ki Ba-Nisbat Kafi Kam Jazbaati Hota Hai.

▫ Kya Islam Ne Direct Teen³ Talaaq Ka Ikhtiyaar Diya Hai ? Nahi, Ek Mard Ko Ek Aurat Se Shadi Ke Badle Kul Teen³ Talaaq Ka Power Milta Hai, Jisey Poori Zindagi Use Karna Hota Hai, Agar Koi Ek Talaaq De Deta Hai, To Ab Aage Ke Liye Sirf Do² Talaaq Ka Malik Rah Jata Hai Aur Do² Deta Hai To Ab Sirf Ek¹ Talaaq Ka Malik Reh Jata Hai.

▪ Jabki Ek Sath Teen³ Talaaqe Dene Ko Shariyat-e-Islamiya Nafiz To Manti To Hai (Talaaq Ho Jati Hai) Lekin Haraam Janti Hai. Agar Talaq Dene Ki Noubat Aa Jaye To Ek¹ Talaaq De, Ziyada Kuch Ho Jaye To Majboori Me Do² De De.

▫ Ek Baat Yah Bhi Hai Talaaq Aakhri Hathiyar Hai, Pehle Samjhana Hai, Fir Bister Alag Karna Hai, Fir Halki-Fulki Adab Sikhane Ke Liye Zad-Koob Hai, Fir Dono Gharo Ke Pancho Ki Taraf Se Samjhane Ka Marhala Hai Aur Jab Ye Tamam Hathkande Fail Ho Jaye To Ab Ek¹ Talaaq Hai.

Kya Islam Par Ayteraaz Karne Wale Muslim Ho Ya Gair Muslim Ho Ya Media Wale, Talaaq Ke Ta’alluk Se In Tafseelat Se Waqif Hai ? 
Agar Nahi Aur Zaruri Nahi To Kya Jihalat Ke Ba-Wajood Kisi Par Keechad Uchalne Ka Kisi Ko Koi Haq Hai ?

▪ Theek Yehi Surte Haal Aur Itna Hi Dam-Kham Mard Ki 4 Shadiya Aur Aurat Ki 1 Shadi Wale Ayteraaz Me Hai. Jab Paida Karne Wale Ne Ek Aurat Me Itni Takat Paida Hi Nahi Ki Aur Uska Nature Aysa Na Banaya Ki Wah Ek Waqt Me Kayi Shoharo Ke Tahat Rah Sake To Fir Kya Yah Ayteraaz Nature Se Bagawat, Bokhlahat Aur Hatt Dharmi Nahi ?

Namaz Ki Dusri Shart : Satre Aurat

  • Sabse Phele “Satre Aurat” Ka Matlab Samjhe.

Satr = Chupana (Cover Karna) 

Aurat = Mard Aur Aurat Ke Badan Ka Wo Hissa Jis Ko Kholna Ya Khula Rakhna Aibdar (Vicious) Hai Aur Us Hissey Ko Chupana Lazmi Aur Zaruri Hai.

  •  Lihaza Ab “Satre Aurat” Ka Matlab Ye Huwa Ki Mard Aur aurat Ke badan Ka Wo Hissa Ki Jis Par Parda (Cover) Wajib Hai. Aur jisko kholna Ya Khula Rakhna Aib aur Sharm Ka Baees (Wajah) Hai.
  •  Aurat (Ladies) Ko Aurat (Chupane Ki Chiz) Isi Liye Kehte Hai Ki Wo Waqai Chupane Ki Chiz Hai. Yani Aurat Aurat Hai.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas (RadiAllah Anhu) Se Riwayat Ki Huzur-e-Aqdas ﷺ Irshad Farmate Hai :

”  Aurat, Aurat Hai Yani Chupane Ki Chiz Hai. Jab Wo Nikalti Hai Tab Shaytan Uski Taraf Jhankta Hai”

  • Badan Ka Wo Hissa, Jisko Chupana Farz Hai Us Hisse Ko Namaz Ki Halat Me Chupa Hona “Shart” Hai.

“Satre Aurat” Ke Muta’allik Se Zaruri Masail —

⑴ Mas’ala:

Satre Aurat Har Haal Me Wajib Hai. Chahe Namaz Me Ho Ya Na Ho. Kisi Ke Samne Bila Sharayi Ujr (Reason) Ke Tanhai Me Bhu Apna Hissa-e-Satr Kholna Jaiz Nahi. Logo Ko Samne Ya Namaz Me Satre Aurat “Farz” Hai.


⑵ Mas’ala:
Itna Bareek Kapda Ki Jis Se Badan Chamakta Ho (Badan Nazar Aata Ho) Satar Ke Liye Kafi Nahi Nahin. Issey Agar Namaz Padi To Namaz Na Hogi.

⑶ Mas’ala:

Mard Ke Liye Naaf (Navel) Ke Niche Se Ghutno Ke Niche Tak Ka Badan “Aurat” Hai. Yani Usko Chupana (Cover) laazmi Hai Balki Farz hai. Naaf Usme Dakhil Nahi Aur ghutne Usme Dakhil Hai.

⑷ Mas’ala:

Aurat (Ladies) Ke Liye Pura Badan “Aurat” Hai Yani Uska Chupana Farz Hai. Lekin, Muh Ki Takli (Chehra/Face, (Dono)² Hath Ki Hatheliya, (Dono)² Paow Ke Talwe Aurat Nahi Yani Halat-e-Namaz Me Aurat (Ladies) Ka Chehra, (dono)² Hatheliya Aur (dono)² Talwe Khule Honge To Namaz Ho Jaygi.

⑸ Mas’ala:

Mard Ke Jism Ke Jo Hissa Shar’an Aurat Hai, Us Hissa-e-Badan Ko 8 Hisso Me Takseem (Divide) Kiya Gaya Hai Aur Har Hissa Alag-Alag Azw (Body Parts) Me Shumar Kiya Jayega Aur Unme Se Kisi Ek Azw Ki Chouthai (¼) Jitna Hissa Khul Gaya To Namaz Fasid (Toot) Jaygi.

⑹ Mas’ala:

Mard Aur Aurat Ke Badan Ka Hissa (Body Parts) Jo Satre Aurat Hai, Inme Se Kisi (Ek)¹ Hissa Ki Chouthai (¼) Jitna Hissa Halate Namaz Me (Teen)³ Martaba “Subhan’Allah” Kehne Ki Waqt Ki Mikdar Tak Khula Raha To Uski Namaz Fasid Ho Jaygi.  

⑺ Mas’ala:

Agar Namazi Ne Satre Aurat Ke Kisi Bhi (Ek)¹ Hisse Ki ¼ Jaanbhooj Kar Khola, Agarche Fouran Chupa Liya Aur (Teen)³ Martaba “Subhan’Allah” Kehne Ke Waqt Ki Mikdar Tak Khula Na Rehne Diya, Tab Bhi Uski Namaz Hisse (Satre Aurat) Ke ¼ Hisse Ke Khulne Ke Waqt h1i Fouran Fasid Ho Gayi.

⑻ Mas’ala:

Agar Namaz Shuru Karte Waqt Satre Aurat Ka Koi Hissa ¼ Khula Hai Yani Isi Halat Me Taqbeer-e-Tehreema (Allahu-Akbar) Kahi To Uski Namaz Qayam Hi Na Hui.

⑼ Mas’ala:

Aurat Ka Wo Dupatta Ki Jissey Balo Ki Sihayi Chamke Mufsidh-e-Namaz (Namaz Todne Wali Cheez) Hai.

⑽ Mas’ala: 

Aurat (Ladies) Ka Chehra Agarche Aurat Nahi Hai. Lekin Gair Mehram Ke Samne Kholna Mana Hai Aur Uske Chehre Ki Taraf Nazar Karna Aur Dekhna Gair Mehram Mard Ke Liye Jaiz Nahi.

⑾ Mas’ala:

Satre Aurat Ka matlab Yah Hai Ki Namazi Apne Satar Ko Dusre Logo Se Is Tarah Chupaye Ki Uske Jism Ki Taraf Aamtour (Generally) Se Nazar Karne Se Uska Satar Zahir Na Ho.

Ma’azAllah! Agar Kisi Nalayak Ne Kisi Namazi Ka Satar Jhuk Kar Dekh Liya To Namazi Ki Namaz Jo Jaygi, Namaz Me Kuch Farq Nahi Aayga, Albatta Jhuk Kar Dekhne Wala Sakht Sakht Gunehgar Hoga.

⑿ Mas’ala:

Aaj Kal Logo Me Ek Galat Mas’ala Ye Raeej Hai Ki Agar ‘Tehband’ (Lungi) Ke Niche Underwear Nahi Pehna To Namaz Nahi Hoti Ye Baat Bilkul Galat Hai Namaz Ho Jati Hai.
