Eid Ke Khutbe Ke Ahkam—

Namaz Ke Baad Imaam Do² Khutbe Padhe Aur Khutba-e-Jum’aa Me Jo Cheez Sunnat Hai Isme Bhi Sunnat Hai Aur Jo Waha Makhrooh Yaha Bhi Makhrooh. Sirf Do² Baato Me Farq Hai :

(1) Ek Yeh Hai Ki Jum’aa Ke Pehle Khutbe Se Peshtar Khateeb Ka Baithna Sunnat Tha Aur Isme Na Baithna Sunnat Hai.

(2) Dusra Yeh Hai Ki Isme Pehle Khutbe Se Peshtar 9 Baar Aur Dusre Ke Pehle 7 Baar Aur Mimbar Se Utarne Ke Pehle 14 Baar Allahu Akbar Kahna Sunnat Hai Aur Jum’aa Me Nahi.

● Suwari Par Bhi Jane Me Harj Nahi Magar Jisko Paidal Jane Par Kudrat Ho Uske Liye Paidal Jana Afzal Hai Aur Wapsi Par Suwari Par Aane Me Harj Nahi.
● Namaz-e-Eid Ke Liye Ek Raste Se Jana Aur Dusre Raste Se Wapas Aana.
● Eidgaah Ko Itmeenaan Wa Waqaar Aur Neechi Nigah Kiye Jana
● Eid Ki Namaz Se Pehle Sadqa-e-Fitr Ada Karna (Afzal To Yehi Hai Magar Eid Ki Namaz Se Qabl Na De Sake To Baad Me De Dijiye.
● Khushi Zahir Karna.
● Kasrat Se Sadqa Dena.
● Aapas Me Mubarak Baad Dena.

🔹Farmaya: Aysa na karo. Balki Kabhi Roza Rakho, Kabhi Na Rakho, Kuch Ibadat Karo Aur Kuch Soo. Kyuki Tumhare Jism Ka Bhi Tum Par Haq Hai. Tumhari Aankho Ka Bhi Tum Par Haq Hai. Tumhari Bibi Ka Bhi Tum Par Haq Hai. Jis Ne Hamesha “Roza” Rakha, Goya Us Ne “Roza” Rakha Hi Nahi. Har Maah (Teen)³ Din “Roza” Rakhna Aysa Hi Hai Jaise Puri Zindagi “Roza” Rakhna. 🔹Khaas Jum’aa Hi Ke Din Roza Aur Kewal Jum’aa Ki Raat Hi Me Ibadat Karna Aur Baki Dino Ko Chod Dena Isley Bura Hai Ki Kahi Jum’aa Ki Azmato Ki Buniyaad Par Usi Tarah Fitno Me Mubtala Na Ho Jaye Jaise Yahoodi, Sanicher (Saturday) Ke Din ki Tazeem Me Mubtala Ho Kar Ghumraah Huwe The.

Shaikh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehelvi (Rehmatullah Alaihi) Ne Is Hadees Ke Tahat Jo Likha Hai Us Ki Roshni Me Dekha Jaye To Hamari Shariyat Aur Khud Nabi-e-Paak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Ka Mizaz Yahi Tha.

▫Kisi Bhi Chiz Ko Us Ka Haqiqi Makaam Hi Diya Jana Chahiye Aur Kisi Se Bhi Itni Dosti Ya Dushmani Hargiz Nahi Hona Chahiye Jo Gulu Ke Dayre Me Chalee Jaye Ya Dusro Ke Liye Takleef Ka Sabab Ho.

▪Kyuki Aqidat wa Mohabbat ki Yah Hade Hai Aur Jab Koi In Hado Se Aage Badna Chahta Hai To Ho Sakta Hai Us Ka Hashr Wahi Ho Jo Yahoodiyo Ka Hashr Huwa.

Duniya Me Bhoot-Parasti Ki Jo Shuruwat Hui, Us Ki Buniyad Bhi Yah Be-Sochi Samjhi Jhooti Mohabbat Bani. Jaisa Ki (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab-Us-Salat) Me Hai.
▪Is Mouke Par In Tamam Bato Ke Pesh Karne Ka Maksad Hai Aaj Ke “Jahil Mureedo” Ko Apne “Peer” Ki Mohabbat Se Gulu Se Bachana. Allah Hifazat Farmaye Kabhi Kabhar To Aysa Lagta Hai Jaise Peer, Peer Nahi Nabi Hai. Balki Agar Sacchi Baat Kehna Jurm Nahi To Hamari Gair Zaruri Mubalga Aameziyo Ki Wajah Se Yah Surat-e-Haal Ho Chuki Hai Ki Qoum Ke Zehno Me Peero Ki Tasweer Unki Apni Haqiqi Wajah Se Kai Guna Badi Ho Chuki. Itni Badi Jo Shariyat Me Kabhi Jaiz Nahi Ho Sakti.

▫Peer Ka Beta Bhale Khair Se (Do)² Lafz Na Pad Paye, Baap Ke Mureedo Ke Nazar Me Kisi Qutub, Gous Se Kam Nahi.Paida Hote Hi Alqab Wa Aadab Aur Naaz Wa Andaz Ke Naye-Naye Tariqe Ijaad Kar Liye Jate Hai.

▪Insan Ki Fitrat Hai Ki Wah Izzat, Doulat Aur Shoharat Haasil Karna Chahta Hai Aur Agar Allah Ka Karam Dastagiri Na Kare To Insan In Chizo ko Hasil Karne Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Kar Sakta Hai.

▫Hazrat Umar Farooq-e-Azaam (RadiAllah Anhu) Islam Ke wah Azeem Mudabbir Hai Jinhone Sab Se Phele Is Fitrat Ko Samjha Aur Apne Dour-e-Khilafat Me Jaleelul Qadr Quraishi Sahaba Ko Bahoot Ziyada Idhar-Udhar Jane Se Baaz Rakha Taki Koi Anhoni Na Ho. Aur Duniya Ne Dekha Ki Hazrat Usmaan Gani (RadiAllah Anhu) Ne Jab Apni Narm Dili Ki Buniyad Par Yah Qaid Utha Di (Idhar-Udhar Jane Diya, Koi Qaid Nahi) To Haqiqat Me Wahi Huwa Jo Farooq-e-azaam Mehsoos Karte The. Aur Anjaam Ke Tour Par Islam Ko Hazrat Usmaan Gani (RadiAllah Anhu) Ki Shahadat Pesh Karni Padi Aur Tabhi Se Hazrat Usmaan Gani Ki Peshgoyi Ke Mutabik Ummat Hamesha Ke Liye Giroh Me Takhseem Ho Kar Raha Gayi Aur Aaj Tak Halaat Bad Se Badttar (Bure Se Bure) Hote Ja Rahe Hai.

Momin Ki Khoobi

Hadees-e-Mubarkah Hai:
“Momin (Ek)¹ Surakh Se (Do)² Baar Nahi Dasa Jata”.

Yani Momin Samajhdar Hota Hai Ki (Ek)¹ Baar Agar Usey Dhachka Lag Chuka Ho To Ainda Ke Liye Wah Sambhal Jata Hai Aur Fir Dhoka Nahi Khata.

▫Lekin Ise Kya Kha Jaye Ki Aaj Ka Momin Dhoke Par Dhoka Khate Hai Aur Fir Bhi Nahi Sambhalte. Iska Saaf Matlab Yah Hai Ki Kahi Na Kahi Hamare Imaan Me Kamzori Hai.

▪Arz Karne Ka Mudda Sirf Yah Hai Ki Koi Bade Se Bada Aalim-e-Deen Ho, Aale Rasool Ho, Peer Ho, Ya Kuch Aur. Sab Ko Un Ka Haqiqi Aur Asli Maqam Hi Milna Chahiye. Kisi Ko Us Ke Asli Maqam Se Ghatana Jis Tarah Jurm Hai, Usi Tarah Kisi Ko Us Ke Maqam Se Badana Bhi Jurm Hai.

▫Koi Peer Kabhi Kisi Nabi Ke Martabe Ko Nahi Pahuch Sakta. Aur Jab Aysa Hai To Peero Ke Sath Nabiyo Wala Sulook Nahi Karna Chahiye, Insano Wala Hi Sulook Karna Chahiye. Isi Me Hamari Zaat Ki Bhi Bhalai Hai Aur Isi Me Hamare Mazhab Ki Bhi.

Andhi Aqeedato

Andhi Aqeedato, Bayan Baziyo Aur Silsilo Ke Jhagdo Ne Hummey Salo Saal Peeche Dhakalne Me Koi Kasar Baki Nahi Chodi Hai, Aur Ab Bhi Agar Rawish Na Badli To Yah Aadat Hamare Liye Kisi Payame Halakat Se Kam Nahi Hogi.

▫Yah Andaz Mohabbat Ke Bajaye Nafrat Ke Jazbaat Ubharta Hai Aur Islam Me Bai’at Ka Silsila Nafrato Ke Liye Nahi, Mohabbato Ke Liye Qayem Kiya Gaya Tha. Goya Humne Apne Tareeqo Se Islam Ke Maqas Ko Bilkul Pase Pusht Daal (Peeth Peeche Daalna, Amal Na Karna) Diya Hai. Kya Hummey Iska Koi Haq Pahuchta Hai ?

▪Yah Sach Hai Ki Humne Jiske Hath Me Hath Diya Wah Hamare Maa-Baap Ki Tarah Hamara Mawa Wa Malja Hai Lekin Kya Iske Zariye Se Dusro Ke Mawa Wa Malja Logo Par Keechad Uchalna Hamare Liye Sahi Hai ? Agar Nahi, Hargiz Nahi, To Yah Aadat Tabdil Hona Chahiye.

Namuna-e-Amal

▫Is Silsile Me Keral Ki Zameen Hamare Liye Namuna-e-Amal Hai. Keral Hindustan Ka Hi Hissa Hai Lekin Wah Mashrabi Aur Khaanqahi Ikhtelaf Ka Koi Guzar Nahi Hota, Kyuki Unhone Apna Ek Dastur Bana Rakha Hai. Wah Apne Aap Ko Kisi Silsile Ki Taraf Mansoob Hi Nahi Karte, Jis Se Yah Pata Chal Sake Ki Yah Fala Silsile Se Juda Huwa Hai.

Kya Hum Sab Bhi Apne Aap Ko Qadri Jaan Kar Aur Maan Kar Is Tarah Ek Nahi Ho Sakte ? Aakhir Tamam Silsile Ki Intiha To Qadriyat Par Hai, Ho Sakte Hai Aur Zarur Ho Sakte Hai, Lekin Us Waqt Jab Hona Chahe. Aur Agar Aysa Nahi Hota Hum Apne Aap Ko Apne Peero Ki Taraf Mansoob Karne Par Ba-Zidd (Adig) Ho Tab Bhi Kam Se Kam Hummey Har Aadmi Ki Izzat-e-Nafs, Maqam Aur Martabe Ka Lihaz Karna Hoga Aur Sab Ko Unka Wajibi Muqam Dena Hoga, Warna Hamara Koi Amal Faide Mand Sabit Nahi Ho Sakta.

Mureed Ka Rawayya

▪Badi Hairat Ki Baat Hai, Har Mureed Apne Peer Ko Wali-e-Kamil Se Kam Darja Dene Ko Tayyar Nahi.  Aur Us Se Badi Hairat Ki Baat Yah Ki Har Peer Apne Mureedo Ki Wajah Se Wali Banta Hai. Khich Taan Kar Jaisi-Taisi, Aadi-Tirchi Bato Se Apni Mohabbat Ka Sikka Bithane Ki Koshisho Ne Aaj Jama’ati Satah Par Hummey Apne Halko Me Mehdood Kar Ke Rakh Diya.

▫Hum Ne Yah Sochna Hi Chod Diya Hai Ki Shakhsiyat Parasti Ke Is Khol Se Bahar Ki Duniya Bhi Koi Duniya Hai. Sabse Ziyada Dukh Us Waqt Hota Hai Jab Peer Sahab Ki Mojudgi Me Allah Wa Rasool Ka Zikr Bhi Dusre Darje Me Chala Jata Hai. Aysa Lagta Hai Peeri Mureedi Hi Hamari Aakhri Manzil Hai Aur Yah Manzil Mil Chuki Hai.

▪Is Mouke Par Zimmedar Ulama Se Yah Guzarish Karna Bhi Hamara “Farz” Hai Ki Aysi Pur Fitan Dour Me Wah Saleh Murshide (Achee Margdarshak Achee Rehnuma) Ke Roop Me Qoum Ke Samne Aaye Taki Qoum Ko Shakhsiyat Parasti Ki Is Ghutan Bhari Fiza (Atmosphere) Ke Alawa, Allah Wa Rasool Ka Haqiqi Paigam Bhi Aam Mil Sake.

Zaalim Log Kabhi Kamyaab Nahi Hote.

Allah Dilo Ka Hal Janta Hai, Kisi Par Tankeed Ya Kisi Ki Dil Aazari Na Hamara Maqsad Tha Aur Na Hai.

▪Lekin Jo Baat Galat Hai, Us Par Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar Karne Se Wah Sahi Baat Sabit Nahi Ho Sakti Aur Jo Sahi Hai Us Par Khamoshi Usey Galat Nahi Karar De Sakti. Isley Hummey Apna Zawiya-e-Fikr Badalna Hoga Aur Koi Bhi Shakhsiyat Ho Ya Tehreek, Mulk Ho Ya Fiqr Har Ek Ko Uska Asli Maqam Hi Dena Hoga.

▫Kisi chiz ko Hadd Se Bada Dena Istelaah (Termilogy) Me Zulm Kehlata Hai.

Aur Allah Ta’ala ka Farman Hai:

🔹Zalim Log Kabhi Kamyab Nahi Hote.

▪Hummey Chahiye Hum Apne Peero Ki Zaati Aur Niji (Private) Zindagi Par Nazar Rakhne Ki Bajaye Un Ke Paigamo Ko Dil Me Jagah De. Aur Zahir Si Baat Hai Kisi Bhi Sacche Peer Ka Paigam Kisi Na Kisi Roop Me Islam Hi Ka Paigam Hoga Kyuki  Jiska Paigam Islam Ke Muwaafiq Na Ho Wah Peer, Peer Ho Hi Nahi Sakta Isliye,

Hamare Ulama Ne Peer Ki 4 Sharte batlayi Hai:

(1) Sunni Sahi-ul-Aqeeda Ho.

(2) Itna Ilm Rakhta Ho Ki Apni Zarurat Ke Mas’ail Bina Kisi Madad Ke Kitabo Se Khud Nikal Sake.

(3) Fasiq-e-Mo’allin Na Ho (Khullam Khula Gunah Na Karta Ho) .

(4) Uska Silsila Nabi-e-Kireem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Tak Pahuchta Ho.

Jo Peer In Par Khara Hai Wah Sachaa Hai Aur Jo In Par Khara Na Utre Wah Hargiz Is Layak Nahi Ki Usey Peer Banaya Jaye.

Namaz ka Dusra Farz : Qayam

  • Yani Namaz Me Khade Hona Aur Qayam Ki Kami Ki Janib (Minimum) Had Ye Hai Ke Agar Hath Failaye (Lambe Kare) To Ghutno Tak Na Pahuche Aur Poora Qayam Ye Hai Ki Seedha Khade Ho.
  • Qayam Ki Miqdaar Itni Der Tak Hai Jitni Der Tak Qirat Hai, Yani Jitni Der Qirat Farz Hai Itni Der Ke Liye Qayam Bhi Farz Hai. Isi Tarah Jitni Der Qirat Wajib Hai Itni Der ke liye Qayam Bhi Wajib Hai, Aur Jitni Der Qirat Sunnat Hai Itni Der Ke Liye Qayam Bhi Sunnat Hai.
  • Mazkura Hukum Pehli Rakat Ke Siwa Dusri Rakato Ka Hai. Pehli Rakat Me Farz Qayam Me Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Ki Miqdaar Bhi Shamil Ho Gai Aur Sunnat Qayam Me Sana, Ta’awwuz (Auzubillah…..) Aur Tasmiya (Bismillah….) Ki Miqdaar Shamil Ho Gayi. 

 

Qayam Ke Muta’allik Se Zaruri Mas’ail

(1) Mas’ala

Farz, Witr, Eidain Aur Fajr Ki Sunnat, In Tamam Namazo Me Qayam Farz Hai. Agar Bila Uzr-e-Sahih Ye Namaz Baithkar Padhega To Namaz Na Hogi.

Ek Paon (Leg) Per Khada Hona, Yani Dusre Paon (Leg) Ko Zameen Se Utha Hua Rakhkar Qayam Karna “Makhrooh-e-Tehreemi” Hai Aur Agar Kisi Uzr (Majboori) Ki Wajah Se Aysa Kiya To Harj Nahi”

Agar Kuch Der Ke Liye Bhi Khada Ho Sakta Hai, Agarche “Itna Hi Khada Hokar Allahu Akbar Keh Le” To Farz Hai Ki Khade Ho Kar Itna Hi Keh Le Phir Baith Jaye.

Aaj Kal Umuman (Aksar) Ye Baat Dekhi Jaati Hai Ki Zara Si Kamzori Ya Mamooli Si Bimari Ya Budapa Ki Wajah Se Sire (Shuru) Se Baith Kar Farz Namaz Padte Hai. Halaki Un Baithkar Namaz Padne Waloon Me Bahot Se Ayse Bhi Hote Hai Ki Himmat Kare To Poori Farz Namaz Khade Ho Kar Ada Kar Sakte Hai, Aur Is Ada Se (Khade Ho Kar Padne Se) Na Unka Marz (Bimari) Bade (Increase), Aur Na Hi Naya Marz Lahiq Ho, Aur Na Hi Gir Padne Ki Halat ho.

Ye Mushahida (Tajruba) Hai Ki Kamzoori Aur Bimari Ke Bahane Baithkar Farz Namaz Padne Wale, Khade Rehkar Kafi Der Tak Idhar Udhar Ki baate Karte Hai. Ayse Logo Ko Baithkar Farz Namaz Padna Jaiz Nahi Balki In Per Farz Hai Ki Khade Ho Kar Namaz Ada Kare”

Qayam Ki Halat Me Dono Pao ke Darmiyan 4 Ungel Ka Fasla Rakhna Sunnat Hai Aur Yeh Imaam-e-Aazam (RadiAllahu Anhu) Se Mankool Hai.

Qayam Me “Trawoh-Baynal-Qadmaine” Yani Thori Der Ek Paon (Leg) Per Zoor Rakhna Phir Thori Deir Dosre Paon Per Zoor Rakhna Sunnat Hai

Namazi Ke Liye Mustahab Hai Ki halate Namaz Me Apni Nazar Sajde Karne Ki Jagah Per Rakhe.

Qayam Me Mard Hath Yu Bandhe Ki Naaf Ke Neeche Ke Daay (Right) Hath Ki Hatheli Baay (Left) Hath Ki Kalai (Wrist) Ke Jood Per Rakhe Aur Chengliya (Smallest Finger) Aur Angootha (Thumb) Kalai Ke Ird Gird (Around) Ki Shakal Me Rakhe Aur Beech Ki Teen Ungliya Ko Baaye (Left) Hath Ki Kalai (Wrist) Ki Pusth Per Bicha De.

Khade Hone Ki Kudrat Na Ho To Namaz-e-Nafl Baithkar Pad Sakta Hai Magar Khade Ho Kar Padna Afzal Hai. Hadees Shareef Me aaya Hai Ki Baith Kar Padne Waloon Ki Namaz Khade Ho Kar Padne Walo Ki Nisf (Aadhi, Half) Hai Aur Agar Kisi Uzr Shar’ee Ki Wajah Se Baith Kar Padhi To Sawab Me Kami Na Hogi.

Aaj Kal Awaam Me Riwaj Pad Gaya Hai Ki Namaz Baith Kar Padni Chahiye Aur Shayad Nafl Namaz Baith Kar Padna Afzal Gumaan Karte Hai Lekin Ye Khayal Galat Hai. Nafl Namaz Bhi Khade Hokar Padna Afzal Hai Aur Khade Hokar Padna Me (Do)² Guna (Double) Sawab Hai. Albatta Agar Bagair Kisi Ujr Bhi Nafl Namaz Baith Kar Padi To Bhi Namaz Bila Kisi Kism Ki Karahat Ke Ho Jaygi Magar Sawab (Aadha)½ Hasil hoga.

Huzoor ﷺ ne nafl namaz Baith Kar Ada Farmaye Lekin Sath Me Ye Bhi farmaya Me Tumhari Misl (Jaisa) Nahi Hoon, Yani Tum Jaisa Nahi Hoon. Mera Sawab Khade Hokar Aur Baithkar Padhne Yaksa (Barabar,Same) Hai. To ummat Ke Liye Khade Hokar Padhna Afzal Aur Dugna (Double) Sawab Hai Aur Baith Kar Padhne Me Koi Aytraaz Nahi.

(13) Mas’ala

Baithkar Namaz Ada Karne Me “Ruku” Is Tarah Karna Chahiya Ki Peshani (Forehead) Jhuk Kar Ghutnoo (Knees) Ke Mukabil (opposite) Aa Jaye, Aur Ruku Karne Me Sureen (Buttock) Uthne Ki Hajat Na Ho. Baith Kar Namaz Padne Me Ruku Karte Waqt Sureen (buttock) Uthna Makhrooh-e-Tanzeehi Hai.

(14) Mas’ala

Halate Qayam Me Daay Baay Jhoomna Makhrooh-e-Tanzeehi Hai.

(15) Mas’ala

Agar Qayam Per Kadir Hai Magar Sajda Nahi Kar Sakta Ya Sajda To Kar Sakta Hai Magar Sajda Karne Se Zakham Behta Hai, To Uske Liye Behter Hai Ke Baithker Ishaare Se Padhe Aur Khade Ho Kar Bhi Ishaare Se Padh Sakta Hai.

(16) Mas’ala

Agar Koi Shaksh Itna Kamzoor Hai Ke Masjid Me Jamaat Ke Liye Jane Ke Baad Khade Ho Kar Namaz Nahi Pad Sakega Aur agar ghar Me padta Hai to khade Ho Kar Padh Sakta Hai, To Usey Chahiye Ki Ghar Per Namaz Padhe. Agar Ghar Per Jamaat Mayassar Ho To Behtar Hai, Warna Tanha Khade Ho Kar Ghar Me Hi Padh Le.

(17) Mas’ala

Jis Shaksh Ko Khade Ho Kar Namaz Padhne Me Peshaab Ke Katre (Drops) Tapakta Ho, Lekin Baith Kar Namaz Padne Me Katre Nahi Aate, To Usper “Farz” Hai Ki Baithker Namaz Padhe, Lekin Shart Yeh Hai Ki peshaab Ka Katra Tapakne Ka Aarza (Bimari) Aor Kisi Tarike Se Rok Na Sake.

  • Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Yani “Allahu Akbar” Keh Kar Namaz Shuru Karna. “Taqbeer-e-Tehreema” Farz Hai, Iske Chorne Se Namaz Nahi Hogi.
  • Namaz Ke Digar Arkaan (Ruku, Sajda) Ki Adaigi Ke Waqt Jo “Allahu Akbar” Kaha Jata Hai Usey “Taqbeer-e-Intekaal” Kaha Jata Hai, Taqbeer-e-Intekaal Sunnat Hai.
  • Namaz Ke Tamam Sharait Yani Taharat, Satre Aurat, Istiqbaale Qibla, Waqt Aur Niyyat Ka Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Se Pehle Paya Jana Zaruri Hai. Agar “Allahu Akbar” Keh Chuka Aur Koi Shart Mafkood (Missing) Hai, To Namaz Qayam Hi na Hui.

Jin Namazo Me Qayam Farz Hai (Khade Hona) Un Me Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Ke Liye Bhi Qayam Farz Hai. Agar Kisi Ne Baithkar “Allahu Akbar” Kaha Phir khada Ho Gaya To Uski Namaz Shuru Hi Nahi Hui.

Imam Ko Ruku Me Paya Aur Muqtadi Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Kehta Hua Ruku Me Gaya Aur Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Us Waqt Khatam Ki, Ki Agar Haath Badaye (Lambe Kare) To Ghutne Tak Pahooch Jaye To Uski Namaz Na Hui.
(3) Mas’ala 

Baaz (Kuch) Log Imam Ko Ruku Me Pa Lene Ki Garz Se Jaldi Me Ruku Me Jate Hue Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Kehte Hai Aur Kuch Jhookne Ki halat Me Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Kehte Hai Unki Namaz Nahi Hoti. Unko Apni Namaz Phir Se Dobara Padhni Chahiye”

Nafil Namaz Ke Liye Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Ruku Me Kahi To Namaz Na Hui Aur Agar Baith Kar Kahi To Ho Gayi.

“Jo Shaksh Takbeer Ke Talaffuz Per Kadir Na Ho, Maslan Goonga (Dumb) Ho Ya Kisi Wajah Se Zuban Band Ho Gayi Ho, Us Per Talaffuz Yani Mooh Se Bolna Wajib Nahi, Dil Me Irada kafi Hai, Yani Dil Me Keh Le.
(6) Mas’ala 

Pehli Rakat Me Ruku Mil Gaya To Taqbeer-e-Ulaa Yani taqbeere tehrima Ki Fazilat Mil Gayi”

Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Me “Allahu akbar” Ka Jumla Kehna “Wajib” Hai 
(8) Mas’ala

Taqbeere tehrima Ke Liye Dono Haatho Ka Kano Tak Uthana Sunnat Hai.

Taqbeere tehrima Me Hath Uthate Waqt Ungliyo Ko Apne Haal Per Chhod Dena Chahiye Yani Ungliyo Ko Bilkul Milana Bhi Na Chahiye Aur Batakalluf (Takleef Utha Kar) Khushada (Khuli) Bhi Na Rakhe Aur Yeh Sunnat tareeka Hai.
(11) Mas’ala 

Taqbeere Tehrima Kehte Waqt Hatheliyo Aur Ungliyo Ka Peth (Inside Part Which Has Lines) Qibla Rukh Hona Sunnat Hai.
(12) Mas’ala 

Dono Haatho Ko Taqbeer Kehne Se Pehle Uthana Sunnat Hai.
(13) Mas’ala 

Taqbeere Tehrima Ke Waqt Sir (Head) Na Jhukana Balki Sidha Rakhna Sunnat Hai.
(14) Mas’ala 

Khawateen (Ladies) Ke Liye Sunnat Ye Hai Ki Taqbeere Tehrima Me Hath sirf Kandha (Shoulders) Tak Uthaye. 
(15) Mas’ala 

Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Ke Baad Fouran Haath Bandh Lena Sunnat Hai. Hath Ko Latkana Nahi Chahiye Balke Taqbeere Tehrima Kehne Ke Fauran Baad Dono Haatho Ko Kan Se Hata Kar Naaf (Navel) Ke Neeche Bandh Lena Chahiye.
Note :

Baaz (Kuch) Log Taqbeere Tehrima Kehne Ke Baad Haatho Ko Seedha Kar Ke Latkate Hai Phir Hath Bandhte Hai, Aysa Nahi Karna Chahiye.
(16) Mas’ala 

Imam Ka Taqbeere Tehrima Aur Taqbeere Intekaal Buland Awaz Me Kehna Sunnat Hai.
(17) Mas’ala 

Agar Koi Shaksh Kisi Uzr (Reason) Ki Wajah Se Sirf Ek Hath Hi Kaan Tak Utha Sakta Hai, To Ek Hi Hath Kaan Tak Uthaye. 
(18) Mas’ala 

Muktadi Aur Akele Namaz Padne Wale Ko Taqbeere Tehrima Zeher (Buland Awaz) Se Kehna Ki Zarurat Nahi, Sirf Itni Awaaz Zaruri Hai Ke Khud Sun Le.
(19) Mas’ala 

Taqbeere Tehrima Ke Waqt Hath Uthana Sunnat-e-Mo’aqqida Hai. Hath Uthana Tarq Karne (Chor Dene) Ki Aadat Se Gunahgaar Hoga. Taqbeer-e-Tehreema Me Hath Na Uthane Se Namaz Makhrooh Hogi.
(20) Mas’ala 

Agar Imam Taqbeere Intiqaal Yani “Allahu Akbar Buland Awaaz Se Kehna Bhool Gaya Aur Aahista Kaha To Sunnat Tark Hui, Kyu Ki “Allahu Akbar”Poora Buland Awaaz Se Kehna Sunnat Hai. Namaz Me Karahat-e-Tanzihi Aayi Magar Namaz Ho gayi.
Taqbeer-e-Inteqaal— Ruku Sajda Kare Waqt Jo Taqbeer (Allahu Akbar) Kahi Jati Hai.
